Vegan Seitan Pepper Steak (“Beefy” seitan served over rice and smothered in a tasty sauce with green peppers, onions and tomatoes)

Vegan Portobello Penne (Penne pasta topped with garlic infused Portobello strips)

Vegan & GF Moroccan Stew (Chickpeas, yams, Potatoes, tomatoes, carrots, zucchini, bell peppers, raisins and onions simmered in spices and served over brown rice)
