Vegan & GF Tex Mex Stuffed Peppers (Bell peppers filled with brown rice, tomatoes, black beans, corn and onions then smothered in a chipotle tomato sauce)

Vegan Linguine & Artichokes in White Bean Sauce (Linguine and artichokes smothered in a spicy white bean sauce with sun dried tomatoes, celery, red onions and red peppers)
