ENTREES

Entrees $11.00 include house salad or Vegan Mock Chicken Noodle Soup

Vegan and GF Portobello Stew (A savory blend of Portobello mushrooms, carrots, potatoes, corn, peas, celery & onions served over rice)

Vegan Mongolian Seitan (Zenith’s homemade “beefy” seitan strips & scallions in a mongolian style sauce served over rice)

SANDWICHES $7.50 or $10.00 with House Salad or Vegan Mock Chicken Noodle Soup

Vegan BBQ Tofu Sandwich (Sautéed tofu tossed in a spicy homemade bbq sauce served on a toasted sandwich bun)

Vegan Chickpea Mock “Egg Salad” Sandwich (Smashed chickpeas with celery, red peppers, red onions and vegan mayo served with lettuce on a sandwich bun)

Vegan Roasted Garlic Hummus Wrap (Served with shredded lettuce, diced green peppers, cucumbers, tomatoes and onions wrapped in a flour tortilla)
