Vegan & GF Portobello in Wine Sauce (Portobello mushrooms sautéed in a rich wine sauce served over rice with steamed broccoli)

Vegan Seitan “Meatloaf” (Zenith’s homemade seitan meatloaf served with mashed potatoes & gravy with a side of broccoli)

Vegan & GF Sweet & Sour Tofu (Tofu served over rice & smothered in a sweet & sour sauce with bell peppers, pineapple, carrots & onions)
