Tofu Stir-fry
Sauteed tofu, snow peas, red peppers, mushrooms, carrots and scallions in a sesame ginger sauce served over brown rice. (vegan & GF)

Pasta Primavera
Penne pasta tossed with red peppers, cauliflower, carrots, broccoli, zucchini and lots of roasted garlic. (vegan)

Sandwiches served with house salad or soup

Seitan Hot Sausage Sandwich
Homemade seitan sausage in a spicy tomato sauce with green peppers and onions served on a roll with optional mozzarella. (vegan)

Chickpea Mock “Egg Salad” Sandwich
Smashed chickpeas with celery, red peppers, red onions and vegan mayo served with lettuce on a sandwich bun. (vegan)

Tex Mex Hummus Wrap
Served with shredded lettuce, diced green peppers, cucumbers, tomatoes and onions in a flour tortilla. (vegan)
