Sesame Tofu Stir-fry
Sauteed tofu, snow peas, red peppers, bok choy, carrots and baby corn in a sesame-ginger sauce served over brown rice. (vegan & GF)

Penne Prima Vera
Broccoli, carrots, red peppers, zucchini, tomatoes, cauliflower and lots of roasted garlic. (vegan)


SANDWICHES

Sandwiches served with house salad or soup

Calypso Burrito
Red beans, rice, bell peppers, pineapple, tomatoes and onions simmered in island spices and wrapped in a flour tortilla. (vegan)

Seitan Reuben
Zenith’s homemade seitan sliced thin and served on rye with Russian dressing, sauerkraut and optional Swiss cheese. (vegan)

Jalapeno Hummus Wrap
Served with shredded lettuce, diced green peppers, cucumbers, tomatoes and onions in a flour tortilla. (vegan)
