Spinach linguine tossed with simmered sundried tomatoes, mushrooms, celery, onions, garlic and spinach. (vegan)

Seitan Vindaloo
Seitan smothered in a spicy curry sauce with tomatoes, carrots, green beans and onions served over brown rice. (vegan)

Chickpea Mock “Egg” Salad Sandwich
Smashed chickpeas with celery, red peppers, red onions and vegan mayo served with lettuce on a sandwich bun. (vegan)

Black Bean Burger with Pineapple Salsa
Zenith’s homemade black bean burger served with lettuce and a sweet pineapple salsa served on a Kaiser roll. (vegan)

Chipotle Hummus Wrap
