Vegan Buffalo Seitan (Seitan sliced and served with spicy vegan buffalo sauce served over mashed potatoes with a side of steamed broccoli)

Vegan & GF Portobello in Wine Sauce (Portobello mushrooms sautéed in a rich wine sauce served over brown rice with steamed broccoli)
