Penne pasta tossed with red peppers, cauliflower, carrots, broccoli, zucchini and lots of roasted garlic. (vegan)

Seitan Hot Roast “Beef” Sandwich
Zenith’s homemade seitan sliced thin and served on bread with a vegan beefy gravy. (vegan)

Breaded eggplant topped with marinara sauce and choice of vegan basil cream or mozzarella cheese. (vegan)

Roasted Garlic Hummus Wrap
