ENTREES

ENTREES $11.00 Includes House Salad or Vegan & GF Ukrainian Cabbage Soup

Vegan Tofu Spinach Lasagna (Lasagna noodles filled with seasoned tofu spinach mix. then smothered in homemade marinara sauce with optional mozzarella cheese)

Vegan Seitan Orange “beef” (Seitan drizzled with an orange glaze served with brown rice and steamed broccoli)


SANDWICHES

SANDWICHES $7.50 or $10.00 with House Salad or Vegan & GF Ukrainian Cabbage Soup

Vegan ELT (Smokey marinated eggplant sautéed, served on wheat bread with lettuce, tomato and vegan mayo)

Vegan Red Bean Jalapeno Burger (Homemade red bean burger served with lettuce, tomatoes, onions and vegan mayo)

Vegan Roasted Red Pepper Hummus Wrap (Served with shredded lettuce, diced green peppers, cucumbers, tomatoes and onions wrapped in a flour tortilla)
