Vegan Tofu Spinach Lasagna
Lasagna noodles filled with a seasoned tofu spinach mix and smothered in homemade marinara, optional mozzarella cheese.
Vegan Portobello Stew
Portobellos, carrots, potatoes, celery, corn, peas and onion simmered in a savory broth served over brown rice.

SANDWICHES
$7.50 or $10 with house salad or potato dill soup

Sweet Potato Burger
Homemade sweet potato burger served with lettuce, tomato and vegan mayo.
Jalapeno Hummus Wrap
Served with shredded lettuce, diced green peppers, cucumbers, tomatoes and onions in a flour tortilla.

Vegan Peanut Noodle Salad (AKA Vegan Crack)
Linguini with scallions in a spicy peanut sauce.
Marinated Chickpea Salad
Chickpeas, roasted red peppers, zucchini, black olives and red onions in a balsamic dressing. (GF)
Macaroni Salad
(Somewhat) traditional macaroni salad with carrots, celery and onions in a spicy vegan dressing.
